The Carolina Comets are a premier girls baseball organization based in the Charlotte metro area, providing opportunities for athletes across the Carolinas and across the world to compete, develop, and lead in the game of baseball.



We are building more than a team—we are growing the game of girls baseball.

Our Mission

Empower girls through baseball by creating opportunities for competition, development, and mentorship—building confident athletes and strong leaders on and off the field.


As leaders in girls baseball in the Carolinas, we are committed to expanding access and visibility for female athletes in the sport.

The Carolina Comets are an all-girls baseball organization serving players from the Carolinas and around the world.

Our athletes come from a variety of backgrounds and teams, but share a common goal: to compete at a high level in girls travel baseball while being part of something bigger than themselves.

Unlike traditional travel teams, the Carolina Comets are designed to complement players’ existing commitments while providing access to elite-level girls baseball opportunities.

Our program focuses on:

• Building confidence, leadership, and mental toughness
• Exposure to national-level events and organizations
